Please welcome founding member: Elizabeth De La Peña Veeser!
Elizabeth founded DLP Coaching after working for over twenty-five years in Corporate Human Resources. She is passionate about giving back to the community and serves on the Board for Executive Women’s Alliance as Co-Chair for their Women of Vision mentoring program and is an active alumnae Hermana of Lambda Pi Chi Sorority, Inc./Latinas Promoviendo Communidad Sorority, Inc., the first Latina sorority founded at an Ivy League university. She has partnered with Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) and supported their leadership development programs and served as a career coach. Elizabeth also serves on the Membership Engagement committee for Impact100 Houston. And, in her spare time, she is a Girl Scout Leader for her daughter’s Brownie Troop.

What drew you to Impact100 Houston: I love the premise of women uniting to provide impactful assistance that will raise up our community.
Favorite place in Houston: The Heights – I lived there when I first moved to Houston and just love how eclectic it is – from the residents to the restaurants and shops. I see it as a microcosm of greater Houston.
